So I've seen yet another video blasting Star Wars episodes 7, 8, and 9 as hot garbage while praising the original trilogy and lauding the prequels. As someone who grew up on the series, and who remembers the vitriol which poured from the fanbase after the prequels came out, I'm genuinely curious about what people think about the new movies. Personally I like them (heck, Rise of Skywalker is actually my favorite of the Skywalker saga) and while I agree that they have their flaws I don't think they're egregious enough to take away from my love of the series.

Whenever I favorite a piece of art and put it in my 'Amazing Artwork' folder I always try to leave a comment. However said comments are always something short like 'this is amazing', 'this is fantastic', 'this is beautiful', etc. As I tend to follow a lot of amazing artists who release consistently amazing work my comments all tend to be in that vein. As a result I often worry that the artists will see my comment, note the consistency, and think that I'm being disingenuous in my appreciation. This is not true at all, I just prefer to leave a brief comment that summarizes my feelings in one short, albeit repetitious, sentence.

So I lost the original document for the 'Song of Swords' on my laptop so I decided to upload another copy of the poem. Once again the 'song' is from (http://www.berserker.com/FredsSwords.html) and the property of Fred Saberhagen.
